By registering for or attending Natural Products Expo presented by CLEAN CON., participants agree to comply with all event policies and venue regulations. CLEAN CON. reserves the right to modify event details, programming, or schedules without notice. Attendees and exhibitors assume all risks associated with participation and release CLEAN CON. from liability for personal injury, property loss, or damages. By attending, participants consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes. All registrations and exhibit reservations are subject to event terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
By registering for, attending, or exhibiting at Natural Products Expo presented by CLEAN CON., July 13–15, 2027, at the Venetian Expo Center, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All registration fees, booth purchases, and sponsorships must be paid in full according to the specified deadlines. CLEAN CON. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any registration or exhibitor application at its discretion. Booth assignments are made based on availability and event planning requirements and may be adjusted if necessary.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, claims, and demonstrations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Attendees and exhibitors agree to follow all venue rules, safety requirements, and conduct guidelines. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant may result in removal from the event without refund.

CLEAN CON. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure events. In such cases, liability is limited to the refund of applicable registration fees, as determined by CLEAN CON. Participation constitutes agreement to these terms in full.
Buyer Purchase Information
By completing registration, purchasing exhibit space, or attending Natural Products Expo presented by CLEAN CON., all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Event Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions in full. These policies are intended to ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all attendees, exhibitors, and partners. CLEAN CON. reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms as necessary to protect the integrity of the event and the experience of its participants.
